Sweitzer Lake is a smaller, day-use State Park near Delta, CO. It’ centered around water recreation on Sweitzer Lake. Since it’s day-use there is no camping. Crawford State Park offers camping some 30 miles away. Fishing, swimming and boating are the most popular activities. Boating-wise, power boating, jet skiing, water skiing, sailing and canoeing are permitted on the 137-acre reservoir. The park sits on 210 acres.
